It is with great sadness that we heard of the passing of Mick Scrimshaw on Wednesday 27^th July 2022 after a battle with Cancer. Mick was a Trustee Chair and friend of KCU for over twenty five years.

We are so proud that Mick was such an important part of our charity for so long and we hope that his pragmatic, balanced and always fair approach to life is reflected in the culture of our charity today. We will miss him for all these reasons but, most importantly, we will miss a wonderful human being.

In honour of Mick’s dedication to KCU we have named our newly refurbished meeting room after him.
